This was for the AWC contest this week. The theme we were given was Peace.

I started this on Monday night, and worked on it all week. Finally finishing it tonight. Thank god, otherwise I might have ripped my hair out.

The lyrics are from the song, "If Everyone Cared" ~ Nickleback. Which inspired the picture. The golden glowy things are Fireflies.

An interesting way to look at the word "Peace" you did there.

The anatomy is good and fluid looking with no real issues that I could pick up there. The colours are interesting but I feel that a little bit more of the colour range could be used, but it is not a big deal I guess.

Not a bad image overall, good work you did on it.

Yeah, I suppose so. But when I think of Peace, it's usually really lonely, and violent. Cause Peace only comes after a lot of war, or death.

The anatomy makes me pretty proud, I was playing with the colors for a while, but finally just settled on these. Though I was thinking I might have put a bit of lighter blues in the background with the stars. Ah well... maybe I can touch up on it in the future.

Thanks so much! Haha, truth be told, I don't like Nickleback all that much either. But the song fit, and it captured the mood I wanted. x3 So I ran with it.
